Excellent customer service and a kind and personable staff!  We had a flood and they made the process of getting our new kitchen smooth. I especially enjoyed working with David - he was knowledgeable, invested in delivering quality construction and was creative and collaborative throughout the process. 5 stars! I was looking for a company to help me reconstruct a master bathroom. I found C2C on Yelp and saw all of their high reviews. They were right- C2C is a great company! As soon as they stepped in, they calmed a stressful situation, and I felt assured that it was going to work out. Starting from thorough consultation by Mary, great communication, planning, and PM support from David, and fantastic reconstruction skills by Martin- they were excellent, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Incredible experience working with Phil and his team at P&T restoration.  The team arrived right on time, were pleasant, and went above and beyond to clean out a rats nest hidden in my wall. I had tried another company to restore my tub/shower bath area. I was told an extreme bid for insurance/out of pocket. They did not even do an exploratory. They just bid it high. I was overwhelmed. I had concern with a small area of my bathroom that I wanted checked out.  I called P & T after seeing an ad in my local magazine.  Not only did they actually answer the phone,  Phil was able to come out right away.  He inspected the issue, determined that it didn't need any immediate attention and gave me some tips to correct the problem. Extremely courteous and professional, and no charge for the visit. Was having my bathroom vanity resurfaced and found mold. In a a panic I started looking for a Remediaton company and came across P&T Restoration.  I spoke to Terry @ P&T and she was very nice and told me that Phil was downtown and would be to my house later in the afternoon. Phil showed up shortly thereafter as promised. He was super nice, professional, informative and got the ball rolling. Very reasonably priced, got the job done and couldn't be more pleased. I'm in the military and had a rental property in Oceanside. There was water damage in the home and my PM informed me that they had a vendor head out and quoted me over $3,000 for water damage restoration.  I have asked my PM to see if there were any vendors with quotes since it was pricey. They did not since that was the PM preferred vendor.  So I reached out to various vendors to get some quotes.  I googled several restoration companies in the area and one of them was P&T.  They head out to the property and provided me their estimate.  They noticed additional infrastructure water damage that the other vendors did not notice and provided a quote lower than the one my PM provided me.  They immediately start working on this project and completed it within a week.  When I called again to pay for the final bill, Terri asked if I was in the military and knocked off a percentage from the total bill. We noticed a leak under our bathroom sink and thought we may have possible mold. We called P&T and I was able to talk to someone and explain my concerns, she told me Phil would call me to schedule time. Phil called me back within 10 mins and said that he could come take a look day of. We have a newborn and I have very bad allergies so it eased my mind knowing he would be able to come and take a look at it. He was professional and so nice. We got back to our house late in the afternoon after being gone three weeks to be greeted by a flooded master bathroom and closet. I turned the water off and had the plumber fix the leak the next morning. Pipe's Plumbing recommended P & T Restoration. I called them that morning and they came out the same day to put in several fans and dehumidifiers. The crew, led by Andrew, then came back the next day to do the demo work required and followed up each day until the job was completed, the mold killed and the remaining wallboard completely dry. I wouldn't wish a flood in your house on anyone, but if this does happen to you, you couldn't be in better hands. The whole crew and the owners, Phil and Terri, were courteous, prompt and efficient. They were also great in dealing wit my insurance, a headache I was able to avoid thanks to them. If only all businesses were so courteous, prompt and professional!
